Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde shares his statement regarding the interference that referee decisions had for Real Madrid. He did that with great disagreement, not mentioning referees in the pre-Champions League press conference versus Manchester City, stating that his squad had faced difficulties in La Liga.
“Real Madrid went through what the entire world saw,” Valverde stated. “I didn’t forget, and I will always defend this club.”
The Uruguayan, who has put the captain’s armband several times, also said that he’s proud to carry that armband with this team. “It’s an honor to captain Madrid. I learn more from every captain every day.”
